When it is not hot, you might find her working in her yard, which she likes doing, but she does not care for housework too much. She loves concerts and beach time, and is a welcomed addition to Team Saville. She looks forward to meeting you.

Payment Options

Your oral health is one of the best investments you can make in yourself.  We strongly believe in that and will work with you to afford the care you need.

Based on your individual care needs, we will carefully review with you any fees with respect to your treatment, outline the various alternatives (if applicable), and gladly answer any questions you might have.  It is our intention to provide you with the most cost-effective treatment plan available.

We accept most insurance policies and will file it for you.  Each visit, you will be responsible to pay only the estimated percentage of your fee not covered by insurance.  Once we receive payment from the insurance company, any overpayment you might have made will be promptly refunded to you.

For our patients without insurance, we ask that you pay for services on the day of completion. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Financing options are also available through CareCredit.

Financial Policy

Fees are due at the time of service including all copays and deductibles.

We are only able to give an estimate for primary insurance coverage. For our patients with secondary coverage, as a courtesy, we will file a claim to your secondary insurance but are unable to estimate your coverage. You will need to contact your insurance company to see how they coordinate benefits. We are unable to file tertiary insurance benefits.

Any service deemed a non-covered benefit by the patient’s insurance company will be the patient’s responsibility.

For treatment plans with an out of pocket fee greater than five hundred dollars a 20% deposit is necessary to reserve an appointment.

For all lab cases (crowns, bridges, dentures, partial dentures, occlusal guards) 50% of the out of pocket is to be paid on the prep date and the balance due must be paid in full on the delivery date. Deliveries must be made within thirty days of the patient receiving notice from the office that their case is ready for delivery or 10% of the balance due financial penalty will be applied to the account.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other patients by calling or emailing 24 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel if you cannot keep your appointment. Other offices may choose to overbook patients to offset ‘no show’ and late cancellations. We do not overbook and are dedicated to helping our patients remember their appointments with email, post cards, and phone call reminders.

First Missed Appointment: Account is noted with a ‘no show’ or late cancellation. No fees are applied.

Second Missed Appointment: Account is noted with a ‘no show’ or late cancellation. A $50.00 fee will be applied to the account.

Third Missed Appointment: Account is noted with a ‘no show’ or late cancellation. A $50.00 fee will be applied to the account and you will be asked to call ahead for an opening to be seen as a walkin patient for the next six months.

For Patients Filing Dental Insurance:

  • Due to the many recent changes in healthcare it has become increasingly difficult to verify specific dental plans. We will do our best to check if your dental plan is active, and if your plan is an in network plan with our practice, but ultimately it is your responsibility to know your insurance plan details. Please contact your human resource department or your insurance carrier if you have any questions.
  • We do a comprehensive exam and treatment plan for each new patient and spend as much time as needed to go over all treatment options. Diagnostic x-rays are an important tool necessary to identify your treatment needs and options.
  • We are happy to file a prior-authorization with your insurance provider so we will have a better estimate of your out of pocket cost for treatment. It takes time to receive this information so please keep this in mind if time is a factor.
  • Dental materials have improved and today the standard of care to restore a tooth is to use a tooth coloured resin material in place of the silver amalgam material used in the past. However, some insurance companies do not cover resin fillings on posterior teeth (molar teeth) or they down code (pay less). If your fillings are down-coded to an amalgam filling, you may be responsible for the difference in fees.
